On the morning of December 7, the 2023 annual council meeting of Jining City Confucian Culture and Enterprise Development Association was grandly held in the conference center of China Coal Group. Pan Hanjiu, former deputy director of the Standing Committee of Jining People's Congress and general advisor of the Municipal Confucian Culture and Enterprise Development Association; Li Dayou, former party secretary of the Confucius Institute and honorary president of the Municipal Confucian Culture and Enterprise Development Association; Zhang Xian, former director of the Jining Safety Supervision Bureau, director of the Industry and Information Technology Professional Committee of the Jining Laoke Association, and researcher of the Think Tank of the Municipal Confucian Culture and Enterprise Development Association; Xin Mingliang, life-long honorary president of Jining Zhouyi Society, and Confucius & Mencius Xin Mingliang, Vice Chairman of Wisdom Salon; Jia Qingchao, former Honorary Chairman of Jining Chinese Culture Promotion Association and Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Wisdom Salon of the Countryside of Confucius and Mencius; Qiu Qing, Honorary Chairman of the Municipal Association of Confucian Culture and Enterprise Development and Chairman of China Coal Group; Liu Xiyu, President of the Municipal Association of Confucian Culture and Enterprise Development and Chairman of Xindier Holding JSC; Zhang Yanshun, Vice President and Secretary-General of the Municipal Association of Confucian Culture and Enterprise Development and Chairman of Shandong Dongyue Special Purpose Vehicle Manufacturing Co. Ltd., Zhang Yangxun, vice chairman of the city Confucian culture and enterprise development association, general manager of China Coal Group Han Yong, and more than 20 people in charge of the governing units attended the meeting, which was presided over by Zhang Xian, a researcher of the think tank of the city Confucian culture and enterprise development association.

Before the start of the meeting, accompanied by Chairman Qu, the leaders of the association visited China Coal Group's cultural exhibition hall, e-commerce company, cross-border e-commerce company, intelligent manufacturing equipment exhibition hall and excavator production workshop. Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Informatization of China Coal Group and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, introduced the key products, core technologies, industrial layout and corporate culture of the group to the guests. The leaders of the association agreed that China Coal Group has greatly enhanced its core competitiveness through the construction of enterprise culture and promoted the enterprise to realize sustainable and high-quality development.

At the meeting, the city Confucian culture and enterprise development association honorary chairman, China Coal Group Chairman Quqing speech, congratulating Jining City Confucian culture and enterprise development association 2023 annual council meeting was held, to all the leaders and councilors who are here today to express a warm welcome to all the leadership, to the leaders who have supported the group's development over the years to express my heartfelt thanks! And said that China Coal Group will work hand in hand with the City Confucian Enterprise Association, in order to promote the development of the Association, China Coal Group is willing to work with other governing units to play to their respective strengths, inherit and carry forward the Confucian culture, and continue to strengthen cooperation with the governing units, and work together to explore new development opportunities for the long-term development of the Association to lay a solid foundation for the Association to work together to create a high-quality development of the Jining City Confucian Culture and Enterprise Development Association to make new and greater Contribution.

Mr. Liu Xiyu, President of the Municipal Confucian Culture and Enterprise Development Association, made a work report, reviewing the work history and achievements of the Third Council of the Municipal Confucian Enterprise Association, making suggestions for the work of the Fourth Council, and reading out the revised draft of the Association's constitution and recommending to the Fourth General Meeting of Members to conduct the election of the candidates for the Fourth Association's President, Vice-President, Secretary General and the list of the Association's director units. Afterwards, the directors considered the work report of the Association of Confucian Culture and Enterprise Development, the revised draft of the constitution, the candidates for the fourth president of the Association and the list of director units of the Association, and exchanged speeches, putting forward valuable opinions and suggestions for the future development of the Association. Finally, Secretary General Zhang read out the resolution of the meeting.

During the deliberation process, Han Yong, vice president of the City Confucian Culture and Enterprise Development Association and general manager of China Coal Group, said that as the honorary president and vice president of the Association, it shoulders a great mission and responsibility, not only to promote the development of enterprises, but also to pass on and carry forward the culture of Confucianism, and to give full play to the power of culture to promote the progress of society. Facing new challenges and opportunities, Vice President Han put forward three suggestions: first, we should have a deep understanding of the needs and opinions of members and provide them with attentive services; second, we should strengthen the cooperation and exchange with other organizations to expand the influence and resources of the association; third, we should pay attention to team building and talent cultivation, and provide each member with development opportunities and platforms. Subsequently, other members of the Council also made suggestions.

At the meeting, Secretary Li made a concluding speech, expressed his heartfelt thanks to all the leaders, directors and members who have long been concerned about the development of the association, and fully affirmed that since the third council of Jining Confucian Culture and Enterprise Development Association has been performing its duties, it has been closely focusing on the central work of the municipal party committee and the municipal government of Jining City, obeying and serving the overall situation of the reform and development of the city, adhering to the scientific outlook on development, vigorously carrying forward the culture of Confucianism. Focusing on the integration of traditional Chinese culture and modern enterprise management ideas, the association has made positive contributions to the creation of a spiritual home for the Chinese nation and the promotion of the city's economic and social development and prosperity. Secretary Li put forward four points of view on the Association's next step: First, strong leadership, promote reform, and further optimize the service mechanism; Second, strong publicity, branding, and further do a good job as a bridge; Third, strong coordination, set up a stage, and further build a strong communication platform; Fourth, strong integration, and practical effect, and further promote the development of the industry.

Finally, Director Pan delivered an important speech, putting forward four points of opinions on the construction and development of the Association: first, to enhance the quality of enterprises and cultivate a new type of Confucian business community; second, to play a role in cultivating and expanding the member enterprises; third, to promote the high-quality development of Jining's economy and show its commitment; and fourth, to create a new glory in shaping the Association's brand. He also emphasized that in the new era and new journey, Jining Confucian Culture and Enterprise Development Association should give full play to its role as a bridge and link, and strive to create a new situation for the high-quality development of Jining's economy.

The conference came to a close with warm applause.
