Check the road roller carefully, all parts should be intact, there is no leakage of oil, water or electricity, and it is absolutely not allowed to use a sick roller for construction work.

Check whether the fuel oil, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, brake oil, cooling water, counterweight water and sprinkler water of the road roller meet the working needs. Smoking is never allowed while checking the fuel level.

Check whether the tire pressure is normal and whether there is air leakage, and report any abnormality to the management personnel in time. Always keep the road roller clean, there should be no grease and other dirt on the driving platform, and the handwriting symbols of the instruments, dials and signs on the console should be clear and readable. In particular, polish the glass and mirrors of the cab.

The road roller driver or repairman should use the pedals and handles to avoid slipping.

Before driving a new road roller, read the operating instructions carefully, understand the function and usage of each control component and instrument, and try to operate the machine.
